Volunteers and Donated Items Needed for "Trunk Or Treat" Community Event
We’re looking forward to this year’s fun filled “Trunk Or Treat” Community Event onSaturday, 10/31/15, from 5:30-7:00 p.m.! This year’s event is being hosted by Davis Memorial UMC Children’s Ministry. The following volunteers and donated items are needed to help make this a successful event. Volunteers
- “Trunkers” - Church Members Handing Out Candy. Please plan to arrive and set-up by 5:00 p.m.
- Activity Helpers - Help run the activities, making sure everyone stays safe and has fun.
- Clean-Up Crew - Help with cleaning up outside after the "Trunk Or Treat' event is finished.
Donated Items
- Candy - Please place in the "Trunk Or Treat" candy donation box in the foyer.
- For Photo Vignettes - Artificial or real ears of corn, bails of hay, pumpkins, and mums, child-sized bench (to be returned upon completion of the event).
- Cupcakes - For Cupcake Walk.
Reminder: Everyone is invited! We'll have “Trunk Or Treating”, FREE Hot Dogs and Popcorn, Games, Bounce House, Cupcake Walk, Photo Vignettes, and MORE! There will also be a Trunk Decorating Contest!
