Community Table

Each family will receive free groceries which should feed a family for about a week.  Davis Memorial is a partner agency with the Tarrant Area Food Bank, a member of Feeding America.  In addition, we receive store donations from local grocers. There are opportunities for volunteers to sort and pack the groceries, pick up groceries from the Food Bank and to be a greeter during the pick-up of groceries. The Community Table at Davis will be open during the following hours:

  • Due to Covid-19 Community Table will be OPEN TUESDAY'S ONLY from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m.

 

 

How can you help, volunteering 2 hours a month? There are numerous opportunities to help and you choose what you would like to do:

  • Restock groceries
  • Carry out groceries
  • Welcome families
  • Pick-up groceries from local supermarkets
  • Visit with people
  • Clean and more

There's a way for everyone and anyone to help, something specifically meant for you! We encourage you to come, see, and give it a try!
