Finance Policy

New Finance Committee Policy

In order to best accommodate all requests, the Finance Committee has established the following policy effective immediately: 
It will be the policy of Davis Memorial United Methodist Church that any and all asking of money from Sunday School Classes or individuals in the church will be done only once per month. However, there will be no emails or personal asking until the request is first brought to Finance for approval. Finance meets the last Tuesday of the month. The emails will go out the first week of the month following the Finance meeting and after approval by the Finance committee. This policy will give everyone the ability to ask for money at the same time so that we don’t have people every week asking for money for different ministries.
